The Play 4 Gold Foundation is dedicated to keeping the memory of children alive by raising awareness for childhood cancer and other illnesses, but more importantly by helping families cope with the pressures and financial stress these horrible illnesses can cause. The Play 4 Gold Foundation was created in memory of Peter Landin Fox Mendoza who lost his battle to cancer on August 30, 2014.

The Play 4 Gold Foundation has begun building relationships with High School’s, College’s, and Professional Athlete’s to help join the fight to  support children’s cancer in any way possible, even for just a smile. Our youngest athlete, Jake Wyman, helps support our foundation for raising awareness, along with the rest of the Wyman Racing team.

Play 4 Gold participates in sporting events of all ages to help support families and hospitals across the nation with all things from medical expenses, to school supplies for the children. Our foundation will be working towards gaining the support of professional teams and athletes across the world. The ultimate goal would to be recognized by all sports teams across the country, while encouraging athletes of all ages to “play for a child” affected by an illness, helping to support them and making them feel like they are not alone. We are all working to show children that we are  all, “FIGHTING 4 A CHANCE 2 PLAY”.

Make your promise to help children and families in need, in any way possible.
